Cooper Bark is a group of dog owners from the neighborhood roughly surrounding the Graham Ave. & Grand St. L train stations in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

We organized to help improve our community with a focus on dog owner issues in the Spring of 2005 and installed a dog run in Cooper Park in September 2005.

Cooper Bark is a member of the New York Council of Dog Owner Groups
